Chaque jour, elle voit des gens en sortir vaccin\u00e9s mais, ironie du sort, elle ne parvient pas \u00e0 y prendre rendez-vous. L\u2019inscription n\u2019\u00e9tant possible qu\u2019en ligne, la t\u00e2che est complexe pour beaucoup. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mon fils essaye de m\u2019inscrire depuis deux mois parce que, moi, je ne veux pas enquiquiner ma t\u00eate avec Internet. J\u2019ai appel\u00e9, je suis all\u00e9e directement au centre mais ce n\u2019est pas possible. Maintenant, j\u2019abandonne, je verrai plus tard. <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourtant, diab\u00e9tique et asthmatique, la Lannionnaise est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e0 risque <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">&#8220;Je ne veux pas enquiquiner ma t\u00eate avec Internet&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Solange, 82 ans<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Genevi\u00e8ve, 79 ans, y est parvenue, au bout d\u2019<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un v\u00e9ritable parcours du combattant <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. N\u2019\u00e9tant pas \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un ordinateur, elle a d\u00fb faire appel \u00e0 son voisin pour acc\u00e9der au s\u00e9rum tant attendu. Un alli\u00e9 indispensable pour franchir l\u2019obstacle du rendez-vous en ligne car environ 67 %<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> des 75 ans ou plus ne ma\u00eetrise pas les outils informatiques,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insee.fr\/fr\/statistiques\/4241397\">selon l&#8217;Insee.<\/a><\/span><\/p><div style=\"width: 100%;\"><div style=\"position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; padding-top: 0; height: 0;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/view.genial.ly\/605867a648101c0d2e75815c\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"yes\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div><\/div><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 a mis en lumi\u00e8re une r\u00e9elle fracture num\u00e9rique chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, on se disait que les seniors n\u2019avaient pas forc\u00e9ment besoin de s\u2019adapter au num\u00e9rique, qu\u2019ils pouvaient faire sans. Le confinement a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019on ne pouvait plus les laisser sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, remarque Yann-M\u00e4el Larher, docteur en droit et conf\u00e9rencier sur les relations num\u00e9riques de travail.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><h1><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Le confinement, <\/b><b><i>\u00ab <\/i><\/b><b>un crash test tr\u00e8s parlant <\/b><b><i>\u00bb<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/h1><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les confinements ont isol\u00e9 une grande partie des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un crash test tr\u00e8s parlant <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ironise Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Lucas, sociologue de la ville num\u00e9rique et chercheur au Laboratoire de sociologie urbaine (LaSUR). Sans comp\u00e9tence, acc\u00e8s ou app\u00e9tence pour le num\u00e9rique, beaucoup de seniors n\u2019ont pas pu appeler leurs proches en visioconf\u00e9rence pour maintenir le lien.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au quotidien, prendre rendez-vous chez le m\u00e9decin, payer ses factures, faire des d\u00e9marches administratives\u2026 Tout est d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9. L&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de cette nouvelle organisation a marginalis\u00e9 les seniors. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">endant le confinement, il n\u2019y avait plus d&#8217;alternatives aux voies num\u00e9riques. Les nouvelles technologies ne sont pas adapt\u00e9es aux pratiques des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, alors il faut les aider <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, explique Denis Sidaner, b\u00e9n\u00e9vole au centre social Saint-Elivet.<\/span><\/span><\/p><h1><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Les ateliers d\u2019initiation annul\u00e9s\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h1><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas de chance, les ateliers \u00e9taient pr\u00e9vus en novembre et en d\u00e9cembre, en plein milieu du deuxi\u00e8me confinement. Aucun des neuf ateliers n\u2019a finalement eu lieu. Les seniors de Lannion n\u2019ont donc pas pu tenter d\u2019accrocher le train du num\u00e9rique, au moment o\u00f9 ils en avaient le plus besoin. Mais les responsables du centre social Saint-Elivet ne d\u00e9sesp\u00e8rent pas pour autant. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On a install\u00e9 une salle informatique. D\u00e8s qu\u2019une personne a besoin d\u2019aide, elle peut appeler le centre social et on l\u2019accompagnera. Jacqueline Gourault, ministre de la Coh\u00e9sion des territoires, et C\u00e9dric O, secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat charg\u00e9 de la Transition num\u00e9rique, plaident pour que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chacun ait acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la connexion et aux usages, partout en France <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
